Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy describes how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed with Culprit Fishing.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 10:00 a.m. EST Monday through Thursday (excluding holidays) ship the same business day. Orders placed after that time, or on Fridays, weekends, and holidays, ship the next business day.
Shipping Rates
Orders shipped within the US mainland that do not meet our free shipping minimum of $50 will incur a flat shipping charge of $7.99. Orders of $50 or more ship free within the US mainland.
Shipping Methods
- UPS. Includes tracking and insurance coverage up to UPS's standard limits.
- USPS Priority Mail. Does not include tracking or insurance. Once a package leaves our facility in Clermont, Florida, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments sent via this method.
International Shipping
We ship internationally via UPS and USPS. International orders may be subject to additional shipping charges based on actual carrier cost; if so, we will contact you before your order ships. We are not responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes assessed by the destination country — these are the responsibility of the customer.
Hawaii, Alaska & International Orders
Please contact us before placing an order shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or an international address so we can confirm shipping costs.
